Where we ship

We ship to Canada and the United States only.

Processing time

Every item is printed to order by our production partner, Printful. Printing and fulfillment usually take 2–5 business days before your order ships. During busy periods it can take longer.

Shipping rates

We charge flat-rate shipping, set for each product. You'll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay. Prices are in CAD.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number.

Multiple packages

Some items are packed and shipped separately, so your order may arrive in more than one package.

Heavyweight tee 3XL and 4XL to Canada

The White Wordmark Heavyweight Tee in sizes 3XL and 4XL is printed at a production facility outside Canada. Canadian orders for these sizes ship across the border, may arrive separately from the rest of your order, and may be charged customs duties, taxes, or handling fees on delivery. Customs and duties

Orders may ship from a production facility outside your country (for example, from the US to Canada). If so, your carrier may charge customs duties, taxes, or handling fees on delivery. You are responsible for paying them.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or is late past its estimated delivery date, contact us. Include your order number and photos of any damage, and we'll help sort it out.
